In March the Panmure property was purchased and an offer had been made to Hughes and Cossar Ltd for its minority shareholding.
In May 1991 NCI (NZ) Limited (a recently formed holding company for New Zealand interest) entered into agreement to buy the Hughes and Cossar Ltd 30 percent shareholding in National Can (New Zealand) Ltd.
